Developing and delivering customized experiential talent solutions, particularly in the subject of Leadership Development to match specific needs and business objectives of global and regional clients.

Responsabilities:
•Facilitate high impact leadership development and training programs based in soft skills.
•Coach directors and managers to achieve their goals and follow up their Individual Development Plans.
•Deliver programs that focus on performance management, feedback, coaching and mentoring.
•Manage multidisciplinary teams and evaluate these leadership national and international programs.
