Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and driven Engineering Manager. The position reports to the Engineering Director (located in other country).

This role includes New Projects, New products industrialization, Lean process leader, best practices and continuous improvement.

The position will be base at factory in Pontevedra, Spain with frequent travel to other plants in Spain & Morocco.

What you bring

• Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred).
• Experience in engineering in Food Industry or FMCG (desirable but not exclusive).
• Proven experience in project management and processes particulary in designing and implementing production lines.
• Good knowledge in design tools such as AutoCAD, AutoDesk or similar software.
• Fluent in Spanish & English is mandatory. Other languages, such as French & Italian, are a plus.
• Problem Solving, open minded, team player, good presentation skills.
• Passion for excellence, flexibillity and change management.
• Organization, planning and coordination skills.
