About the Role:

This role combines the responsibilities of implementing and supporting execution modules in Dynamics 365 F&O with the strategic oversight and continuous improvement duties of a Business Process Owner (BPO). The position ensures alignment between operational execution and organizational goals, driving efficiency, innovation, and seamless process integration.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing operations or shopfloor management, desirable direct experience with Dynamics 365 F&O with modules, particularly shopfloor functionalities.
• Proven experience in BPO (business process ownership) and ERP implementation projects.
• Spanish as Native language. Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
• Open to national and international travel to other group sites.
