Your Mission: 
Developing and delivering customized experiential talent solutions, particularly in the subject of Leadership Development to meet the specific needs and business objectives of global and regional clients.

What you will do:

•Facilitate high impact leadership development and training programs focused on soft skills.
•Coach directors and managers to help them achieve their goals and follow up on their Individual Development Plans.
•Deliver programs that focus on performance management, feedback, coaching and mentoring.
•Manage multidisciplinary teams and evaluate these leadership national and international programs.

If you are fluent in English, you have some experience as talent consultant  and you passionate about training and talent development this is your chance!
