Are you an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in multinational industrial environments? Do you thrive in complex technical settings and enjoy driving operational excellence through innovation?

A global leader in its industrial sector, with a strong international footprint and highly specialized production processes, is looking to hire a Head of Technology for its Southern Europe Region. 

The role is based in Vigo and reports directly to the Operations Director Cluster South, with a functional line to the VP Technology for Europe.

🎯 Your Key Responsabilities:

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Oversee high-impact engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and resource efficiency.

Provide strategic and technical guidance, contributing to the evolution of internal standards, innovation, and best practices.

Work closely with international technical teams and key departments such as production, quality, procurement, and sales.

🧠 What we’re looking for:

Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, though Electrical or Chemical Engineering backgrounds are also considered).

Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams within complex industrial environments.

Background in multinational companies with exposure to diverse cultures and operational models.

Strong project management and decision-making capabilities.

Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
