About the role:

We are looking for a Quality Process Specialist to strengthen our team. This role focuses on driving and improving quality processes within an industrial environment while supporting ERP functionalities to ensure traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and optimize quality processes within industrial production.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001 and similar).
• Act as a key ERP user for Quality Management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives.
• Develop documentation, provide training, and promote a strong quality culture on-site.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in quality management within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Practical experience as an ERP user (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to process improvement.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to production sites (it could be international projects)
